He also holds a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under 6x World Champion Marcel Louzado, and is the founder of the Jeet Kune Do Athletic Association (JKDAA). With more than 50 branches worldwide, the organization preserves and perpetuates the martial arts, functional fitness and philosophy of Grandmaster Bruce Lee. As well as his martial arts accomplishments he is also an RKC Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor and of course an Amazing 12 Coach.

He has lent his expertise to publications including:

  • Black Belt Magazine
  • Martial Arts Unlimited
  • Masters Magazine.

And was also bestowed the extreme honor of being inducted into the Martial Arts Masters Hall of Fame. He will also soon be launching ‘Black Belt University’ with Century Martial Arts which focuses on further development for black belts only.

Harinder was born and spent his early years growing up in India before moving to Toronto Canada, then later to California, USA. He was a regular kid who was learning traditional Karate for self defense as a hobby, had a college scholarship for tennis, and was well on his way to becoming an electrical engineer and living the safe life he thought he was expected to live.

But then, his notion of a ‘safe life’ was suddenly brutalised when unprovoked and without warning he found himself in the middle of a savage street brawl that became a pivotal turning point for him, changing the way he viewed martial arts and life, forever (this was like something straight from a movie).

Sit back and enjoy the journey of a master, mind, body and soul.
